Historic 1960 Baldwin Organ

Tom Fuchsen, assisted by Tom Houlihan, refurbished the historic 1960 Baldwin tube type chapel organ, which was originally at Westly United Methodist Church on 8th and King streets. It has been converted to a three manual Hauptwerk virtual pipe organ using the DTS MIDI Systems Midi Input controllers, and is located in the ballroom of the Historic Bentley-Wheeler home in La Crosse, Wi.

This Kimball console has been fully converted to midi and Hauptwerk by Dennis Scott and Thom Day and is installed in the Music Box Theater located in Chicago. The midi hardware includes 5 MIPC-1A input cards for the manuals, pedals and pistons. Four IDC-48 Combo Input and Driver cards control the stops. The speakers are located in chambers on both sides of the stage. This new VTPO will make a great addition to the silent movies that are played at the Music Box Theater.

Allen Organ console converted to Hauptwerk and the Paramount 341 to control nine ranks of pipes, traps, xylophone, glock, and harp.  MIPC-1A Controller cards for Manuals, pedal on the left and ​IDC-48 Input/output/driver cards to the stops.

Arndt Organ Supply has modified a Band Organ to play both Rolls and MIDI files.  Two DC-96 MIDI Driver cards control the pipes, traps and a small Glock.

Encore Organ Technology latest installation, Opus 76 was recently completed at Hawk Creek Lutheran Church, rural Sacred Heart, MN.  The IDC-48 MIDI Input, Output, Driver controllers are use for the Draw Knob controlling and the MIPC-1A MIDI Input cards for the manuals, pedals and pistons.

The DTS MidiSystems nine rank Theater Pipe organ relay system has been converted to Hauptwerk for all the functions including controlling the Pipe, traps and Percussions.  The console is a 1927 Robert Morton, the MIPC-1A Input to MIDI cards are used for the Keyboard, Pistons and Stops.  The DTS Midisystems DC-96 Midi Decoder/Driver cards are controlling the nine ranks of pipes.

Encore Organ Technology, Opus 71.  This is a Rodger Hybrid featuring two ranks of pipes, and using our DC-48 midi decoder/driver cards for driving the pipes.  For manuals, pedals and stops, the MIPC-1A cards were used to sending midi to Hauptwerk.
